About

ALEX MOORE

Alex grew up on a grain farm in rural Hoopeston, IL.  He graduated from the University of Illinois in 2016 with a degree in Technical Systems Management from the College of ACES.  After college, he worked for Consolidated Grain and Barge Co. as a Superintendent at a grain and fertilizer terminal in Clayton, IA and as the Facility Manager of a grain elevator in Freeport, IL.  In 2018 he got the opportunity to come back to Vermilion County and farm with E Ag Co (RH Pierce).  Once a skeptic of drone applications, he decided to jump head first into doing custom applications after seeing the benefits first hand on the farm!  He currently lives in Oakwood, IL with his wife and two young kids.

COREY MOORE

Corey is a graduate of Hoopeston Area High School and continued his education in the Marine Corps.  He spent four years of active duty where he was deployed to Jordan and Afghanistan.  He currently farms with his dad and is in the Marine Corp Reserve.  He and his wife, Jenna, have two kids and they live in Hoopeston, IL.  Corey has been an early believer in drone applications and was a catalyst for getting started doing custom applications.

RH PIERCE

R.H. has  been farming full time for 17 years in southern Vermilion and Champaign counties after graduating from Illinois State University.  He lives in the Sidell, IL area with his wife, who also works with him on the farm, and their 4 children.

On their farm they apply and make their own fertilizer applications. They also apply their own herbicides and fungicides. He feels that drone technology and application is, and will continue to be an integral part of production agriculture’s future. He takes pride in building relationships with other farmers and facilitating economical fungicide product pricing options to help bring value to their operation.
